Meet The Doctors

Dr. Michael Gilbert attended the University of Illinois in Champaign where he earned a degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology with a minor in Chemistry in 2010. He later attended the University of Illinois-Chicago where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2014.  

Dr. Gilbert is a strong believer in pain-free dentistry. His goal as your dentist is to make sure that your experience is as comfortable as possible and works with each patient to reduce any fears or anxiety. He strives to ensure that he is always listening to your specific needs and concerns, so he can provide treatment tailored to you.   

Dr. Gilbert is Invisalign certified. He is also a member of the American Dental Association and the Chicago Dental Society. He continues to be an avid student and has taken advanced classes in smile design, esthetics and cavity detection along with year-round continuing education courses.   

Dr. Michael Gilbert loves dentistry because it is a combination of art and science, and he could not imagine working in a field where he is not working with his hands; although, he did manage to break every finger on his left hand. Thankfully that did not prevent him from doing something he is passionate about--Dentistry! 

Outside of the office, Dr. Gilbert is a die-hard Chicago sports fan, huge Chicago Bears fan, loves to BBQ, play golf, and spend time with his wife and two young children.  

Dr. Vito Giustino’s patients know him as a caring, gentle and trustworthy dentist who is genuinely concerned about them and their dental health. Dr. Giustino’s goal is for each person to feel comfortable, confident, and valued every time they visit. To achieve this, he has a very patient centered approach in his work and dedicated himself to giving every patient the individualized care they deserve, so they can achieve optimal oral health and maintain beautiful smiles for many years to come.  

After earning his Bachelor of Science degree from Loyola University of Chicago in 1992, he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Northwestern University in 1996. Dr. Giustino was not only recognized for his research regarding access to dental care but was the 1st place recipient of the research award at Northwestern University. 

Dr. Giustino is highly trained in all aspects of general dentistry. He attends continuing education courses to provide his patients with the best possible care. Whether he is relieving a bad toothache or helping a patient realize their dream smile, knowing he improves the lives of his patients is what keeps him practicing. 

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Giustino spending time with his wife, whom he met while he was a guitarist in a wedding band for 24 years, and their children. He is also enjoys going for long bike rides and viewing the night sky with his telescope. 

Dr. Hala Killidar knew from a young age that she wanted to become a dentist. She graduated from Loyola University School of Dentistry with her Doctor in Science in 1990. What she loves about her work is the relationships she has built with her patients over time and seeing the positive changes on people as result of their treatment. 

Dr Killidar has been treating patients for over 28 years. She performs all phases of general dentistry with an emphasis on cosmetics, veneers and full-mouth rehabilitations. She strives to stay up to date with the latest advancements in the field through continuing education and programs and is committed to providing her patients with the best dental treatment available.   

Dr. Killidar is currently an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD).  

When she is not focused on creating beautiful smiles, Dr Killidar enjoys being surrounded by her family and friends, playing tennis or golf, and traveling.
