Norm P.

Office Manager

Norman (Norm) is responsible for all aspects necessary to keep the front desk and office running smoothly. Norm attended Wright Junior College, and he has been in the dental industry for many years. He has vast knowledge of both clinical and administrative aspects of the dental field and takes pride in assisting the patients through every phase of their dental experience.  

Norm really likes to talk and joke with the patients, which helps them feel more welcomed and comfortable. He enjoys  helping patients with any questions or concerns they may have regarding their treatment plan, insurance or financial needs. Norm's philosophy is simple. It is centered around the idea of treating every patient as he would like to be treated himself. 

When not at the office,  Norm enjoys racing cars and is passionate about every aspect of the sport. He is particularly keen on electric slot car racing, a sport that he has enjoyed over the last 60 years. 

Delanie

Receptionist

Delanie is the friendly face at the front desk and one of the sweet & helpful voices patients hear when they call the office. She is committed to making sure all of the patient’s administrative needs are met and that everyone feels welcomed in the office.

A recent graduate from the University of Western Michigan, Delanie earned her  Bachelors of Science in Biomedical Science, and now she’s preparing to become a Dentist. She is an alumni of Alpha Xi Delta and the National Honors Society. 

The thing Delanie loves best about the job is the patients. She truly enjoys meeting them, talking to them, and helping them with whatever their needs are. Delanie truly knows how to make the patients feel special--tell her your birthday and she will never forget it!  

When Delanie is not helping patients, she loves the great outdoors and reading Colleen Hover books.
